Frikom and Idea will invest about EUR 37m in construction of an industrial-commercial facility near gas station Zmaj in Belgrade. It will be a cold-storage plant with the storage capacity of 25,000 palettes, while the temperature in it will be minus 27 degrees centigrade.
The facility will occupy the surface of 25,500 square meters and the first part of the project will be finished in July.
The works are expected to be completed in October. The contractor is Belgrade-based Napred.
