Coaching is the process of helping people and teams to perform at the peak of their abilities. It involves drawing out people’s strengths, developing their thinking and helping them to bypass personal barriers and limits in order to achieve their personal bests.
As a part of our program for development of managers I would like to give you more information regarding the training “Coaching conversations”. Before the formal training sessions you will receive a brief self-coaching questionnaire (20 min) that you will have to deliver. After the first two days of the formal training you will have two days in between, when we want to provide you with two opportunities:
1. to be a coachee, where the trainer will coach you for 70 min on a personal issue
2. to have some hands-on coaching experience with someone back at work
During the last day of the formal training, Wednesday, we share from the mini-experience, continue building muscles and plan some further actions. After the intense training, you will have your own action plan for the coming month, at the end of which you will have a web-ex closing session with the trainer.
The training will enable you to:
- Understand which of your habits and concepts are stopping you to use this style of management
- Identify situations and people who are suitable for coaching
- Enhance skills for successful coaching – ask powerful questions, listen in a developing way, give feedforward not feedback; build rapport and ensure accountability
- Navigate the process, not the product
- Lead short, but effective coaching conversations
The trainer Victor Haimov is currently a Business Development Manager in Consulteam. More than 7 years he is intensively involved in leading and managing people and processes; in development and delivering of trainings for management and communication skills. Victor graduated a certification class on Coaching with the California Coaching Institute (ICF accredited). His trainings are a mixture of the Experiential Learning principles, Neuro Linguistic Programming and the contemporary management and psychological models and practices.
The price per participant is 710 EURO, VAT not included. If you enroll more than 1 participant from your company, we will offer you 10% discount.
The price includes training materials, pre-and post- training work, and 1 individual coaching session of 70 minutes; lunches and coffee breaks.
