- Dragan Filipoviæ, former CEO of Delta Maxi Group, has been appointed as the Vice President of Delta Holding - people from that company announced today (February 17, 2010).
According to the announcement, the new Vice President will be in charge of the negotiations with potential strategic partners (equity) in basic activities of Delta Holding, strategic mergers and regional expansion of the company.
Instead of Filipoviæ, market chain Delta Maxi will be run by Dejan Jeremiæ, former CEO of Delta Agrar, while Milan
Grgureviæ, former Deputy CEO of Delta Agrar, has been appointed as the CEO of that agricultural company.
All newly appointed managers are members of the company's staff for many years.
Delta Holding has over 24,000 workers. It gathers companies that deal with retail trade, agriculture, food production, foreign trade, representation of foreign companies, distribution and sale of goods, real estate development, financial and insurance services.
