Trimo Engineering is one of the companies that moved part of production to a business-production facility in Šimanovci.
The biggest advantages of that move include better use of the company's capital property and resolving of the issues of turnover and transportation of raw materials and products.
In addition to 12m EUR invested in up-to-date factory for roof and facade systems, the company also invested over 4.5m EUR in procurement of 36 ha of land in Šimanovci, alongside the Belgrade -
Zagreb highway, which was the second biggest investment realized by whole Trimo Group in 2008.
That investment enabled the enrichment of Trimo's offer in the domain of complete solutions and engineering services because, in addition to construction of facilities from the initial idea to its realization (completed facility), Trimo Engineering now offers the investors concrete parcels with infrastructure that are ready for construction works. That means that the investors can save both time and money, as well as efforts to provide necessary documentation for commencement of construction. In short, that means that the investor only needs to specify the type of facility and the needs it must satisfy.
Guideline for the management in this type of investments in Trimo is very careful analysis of the information of crucial importance such as those leading to recognition of new outskirts of the cities where future growth of business zones will take place in order for that development to be used in the best possible way.
