In association with Energoprojekt Entel and the expert commission formed by the City, the Administration for Energy within the Secretariat for Housing and Public Utility Affairs of Belgrade has designed the Strategy for Development of Energy Sector of City of Belgrade.
The Belgrade's Energy Development Strategy is made for the period prior to 2030, and it includes the analysis of current state in all segments of production, transfer and consumption of all forms of energy. The Strategy also defines strategic goals of development that should be achieved with the provision of sustainable development and efficienty energy management.
The Strategy was designed through application of modern statistical methods (Eurostat), which are also used in European Union, in order for optimal effects to be created, as well as the energy needs of the City and every citizen of Belgrade to be satisfied.
