Public auction for building land in attractive locations in Novi Sad will be held on March 9th, 2009, in the City Development Institute.
All interested investors will bid for the parcels that can be used for construction of business, residential and economic facilities.
The parcel at 6,372 square meters on Sentandrejski Road, in work zone "Rimski
šančevi", will be offered for sale, and it can be used for construction of business contents. Also, construction of business facilities will be possible on the land at 515 square meters in Oslobođenja Boulevard.
The offer of the City Development Institute also includes building land at 6,623 square meters in work zone "Sever 2" and building land at 3,299 square meters in work zone "Sever 1" for production facilities.
All interested investors can also buy the building land at 559 square meters in Rada Smiljanova Street in Novi Sad for construction of residential facilities, as well as the building land at 582 square meters in Mitrovačka Street.
