Piraeus Bank Belgrade will sign the contract with European Investment Bank (EIB) on Wednesday (January 27th, 2010) on the approval of the credit line of 20m EUR for SME and the projects of local self-governments in Serbia.
- An additional source of finance for Serbian economy, SME sector and local self-government will be provided in that way - Piraeus Bank announced.
- The credit funds are intended for financing of investments in permanent capital funds - it is stated in the announcement.
In addition to small and mid-sized enterprises, the users of the loans will be local self-governments and other users who implement projects from the fields of economy, energy, environment protection, industry, health and education, tourism, as well as provision of services.
