The Government of Serbia decided at yesterday's (January 21, 2010) meeting to send the aid of 100,000 USD to the Republic of Haiti, which was hit by a destructive earthquake, through the Red Cross of Serbia.
On that occasion, the Government also passed several regulations, including the Regulation on subsidized procurement of automobiles made in Serbia according to the "Old for New" principle in 2010 and the Regulation on terms and ways for promotion of tractor production and sales in Serbia in 2010.
The Government also adopted the Draft law on confirmation of the contract on loan and financing between German KfW and Serbia for the plumbing and sewerage programme in mid-size municipalities and the Draft law on confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of Serbia and Swiss Federal Council on road transportation of passengers and goods.
