All those interested will be able to buy the tender documentation for the license for the second fixed telephony operator, which was announced on November 20th, in the period between November 30th and December 4th. SBB has definitely decided not to participate, while "Telenor" has not stated its intentions yet. As "Blic" finds out, some companies from the USA and Greece have expressed interest lately.
We will know already on Friday, December 4th, how many companies are interested in bidding for the license, but not how much they are ready to pay for it.
The opening of the bids in which all the interested companies, if any, will state their starting offers for the license is scheduled for January 12th. After that, two candidates with the highest offers will be invited to bid for the license at the auction, at which the starting price will be the maximum price offered on the tender.
The tender documentation, of which procurement is the condition for participation in the tender, costs 500 EUR, and the bidders will also have to pay 25,000 RSD for the application processing costs. In order to be able to submit the bid, the company must pay 10,000 EUR, which will be returned if the company fails to obtain the license.
