The Government of Republic of Serbia passed the Regulation on determination of Spatial plan for special-purpose territory of National park Kopaonik in mid-November 2009, and the institutions that were made responsible for realization of that plan are: the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, Public company "National park Kopaonik”, the Republic Spatial Planning Agency, as well as municipalities of Raška, Brus and Leposavić.
Spatial plan was published in the Official Bulletin of Republic of Serbia No. 95/2009.
