Regarding media allegations of "rigging" of the tender for contractors to build the Sports Center of the Football Association of Serbia in Stara Pazova, Assistant Minister of Youth and Sport Slavisa Zlatanović said today (6 November 2009.) for the daily newspaper "Politika" that the five companies that are applied to perform the so-called hard works to build this center, the price of "SMB construction," was the lowest one that was proposed.
"SMB construction" from Subotica for the so called hard works asked the sum of 234,180,686. RSD, the company "Graditelj" from Novi Sad 248,068,821 RSD, Belgrade construction company "Ratko Mitrovic" 257,753,145 RSD, and "MBA Miljkovic, also from Belgrade, 266,437. 608 dinars.
The biggest amount of money among the five first placed companies, the company "Gradina" from Belgrade asked for the amount of 279,196,284 dinars.
Subotica company committed to the construction period of 200 calendar days and requests an advance the amount of 30%. Like other bidders they gave a two-year warranty on the object, and for the facade work submitted the cost of 49,399,709 dinars.
