The fourth international real estate and investment fair BelRE www.belre.org will be held at the Belgrade Fair between November 5th and 7th.
Just like in the previous years, BelRE will gather investors, building companies, landowners, architects, project managers, advisors, real estate agents and end-users.

On the occasion of the expo, the fourth BelRE magazine will be published, and it will provide all the information on new projects, exclusive housing projects, the loan offer, project finance and leasing.
The first BelRE was held in 2006 - when Belgrade was declared the city of the future of south Europe, and Serbia obtained the status of the co-presiding country in OECD. Last year's BelRE gathered over 90 exhibitors from Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Asutria, Spain, Russia and over 4,500 visitors.
This year, with somewhat smaller number of exhibitors and under slogan "Time is for purchase", we will host the investors from the country and abroad. The researches show that the prices in the region are at their lowest level in the last few years, and that they will start growing already next year.
