Yesterday (September 23, 2009), the representatives
of Belgrade’s business circles were able to hear, imagine and find out that Belgrade
and Serbia would get another recognizable symbol of the capital city - VIG PLAZA in New Belgrade.
Investors and architects did not want to save on anything, and they saved the
least on ideas, so that the yesterday’s presentation was rich with the details
describing comfort and healthy life in the building, human surroundings and
business glamour.
The presentation was held on the seventh floor.
Since the elevators have not been installed yet, the guest had to use the
stairs. However, the organizers made sure to infuse that “recreational
exercise” with humor since they prepared several surprises for the guests on
their way to the seventh floor: a beautiful hostess on the second floor, “you’re
half way to the goal” note on the third floor, a helping on the fifth floor,
and an encouraging note on the sixth floor that their journey ends on the next
floor.
The seventh floor is really magical, with the balcony for future business
meetings with the view of all sides of Belgrade. The weather was great, and
slogan “Make your move” was presented in the form of a chess board.
In order for the guests to be able to imagine how a future, nicely-furnished
office will look like, the designers from company “Delight” prepared a
show-room and organized a lottery, so that one of the guests (who did not
forget to bring his visit card) went to his office with a beautiful business
armchair.

The organizers of this imaginative and successful
presentation were: "Vienna Insurance Group", "VIG Real
Estate", "Imperial gradnja", "ICE Consulate" from
Vienna, and, especially, "Spiegelfeld International".
