- The structure of index baskets Belex 15 and Belexline on the Belgrade Stock Exchange will changed on October 1st - Serbian capital market announced after regular audit of indices.
The stocks of Belgrade-based company "Messer Tehnogas" will be included in index Belex15, which comprises the most liquid securities, while the stocks of Požarevac-based confectioner "Bambi Banat" will be excluded from that index because of very low liquidity.
The Stock Exchange has also announced that "free float" factor, which presents the percentage of securities in free trade, will be changed for Vranje-based "Alfa plam", a member of B Listing, and Belgrade's "Telefonija".
New "free float" factor for "Alfa plam" is 66.26%, while the new factor for "Telefonija" is 72.88%.
In accordance with the methodology for calculation of indices, the authorized committee of the Belgrade Stock Exchange has decided the change the structure of composite index basket "Belexline".
Total of 17 different securities will be excluded from that index basket, while 16 new securities will replace them.
By the way, Belex15, which has been growing for eight consecutive days, registered drop in value this morning by about 0.5%, and it is now worth 787.94 points. Previous maximum of 3,335.20 points was reached at the beginning of May 2007, while the minimum of 347.46 points was registered in March 2009.
Belexline is currently at the level of 1,481.84 index points. The maximum of 5,007.34 points was reached in May 2007, while the minimum of 841.99 points was registered at the beginning of April 2009.
