Based on the decision of the Government of Serbia, the City Council adopted the proposal yesterday (July 2nd, 2009) for rental of land in settlement Krčagovo for construction of a customhouse. The city will offer the land at 86 acres and 84 square meters to the Ministry of Finance, and the terms of lease will be defined later. The urbanistic project should be completed prior to July 15th.

The decision according to which the city of Užice promises to provide funds in the budgets for year 2010 and 2011 for co-financing of construction of small sports hall in Miloša Obrenovića Street in Krčagovo, part of funds for which has already been provided from NIP, was made at the same meeting.

In addition, it was also decided that the city should provide 35% of funds for NIP's and World Bank's projects for development of traffic infrastructure within the next three years.

The city councilors have accepted to sell water at lower price to the owner of the swimming pool in Sevojno under condition that the prices of tickets remain the same as in 2008. The owner of the pool is also obliged to provide two buses for transportation to the pool, as well as free terms for swimming club and swimming schools.

It has been concluded that the owners of public swimming pools can ask to pay privileged price of water, which is 30% lower than the full price, if they offer certain preferences to the citizens.
