"Verano Grupa" will start the works on reconstruction and completion of Trade Center "Trošarina" at the end of year 2009. This trade center will cover the area of nearly 73,000 square meters, and it will have three underground levels, ground floor and two storeys. The project is currently in the phase when necessary licenses and consents are being collected, and its construction should take 2-3 years - Vesna Krizmanić, the Executive Director of company "Projmetal", which is the designer and the main contractor for works on the future facility, told eKapija.

- Complex "Trošarina" will ocuppy 5.18 ha between Vojvode Stepe Boulevard and settlement Banjica. The architectural-urbanistic concept reflects the idea of multifunctional business-retail trade center that will comprise, in addition to retail facilities, numerous entertainment contents. The second floor will be reserved for multiplex cinema with 6 cinema halls, bawling room, billiard room, space for computer games, Internet cafe, fitness and wellness center, as well as outdoor food court - Krizmanović explained.

Automobile approaches enable circular traffic around the facility and parking in underground garage at the levels -3, -2, and -1. Commercial level on the ground floor and the first floor is created through combination of one-floor and two-floor retail contents-outlets, while a supermarket will be positioned at level +0.
