EKapija's investment team has recently carried out the analysis and formed the rank-list of investments and investment ideas that drew the greatest attention of eKapija's users in 2008. The results are very interesting, with many surprises, and that is why we have decided to share these information with you.
The projects are classified into 10 categories, and this time we are going to present the top 20 investments in the category of TOURISM, ENTERTAINMENT, SPORT AND RECREATION.
The top three projects are the investments that "advanced" from the phase of idea, but it can not be said that they are close to the final phase, so that we will, probably, see them on the rank-lists in the following years. Of course, we wish them to appear on the list the next year, and to become the real commercial pearls of Serbia that all of us will enjoy using.
The first-ranked investment is project Hotel in New Belgrade's Block 11a,

The second is project Silver Lake Resort at Silver Lake, next to the Danube.
The team of Slobodan Vučićević, which includes Silver Lake Investment and NCA
Consulting, has designed the project for construction of elite tourism, sports, recreation and residential complex at over 100 ha on the Danube, so that it was very difficult to find the appropriate category for this multifunctional investment. What is very important is that the investment is no more in the phase of "paper" because the first contents have already been built.
Sports-Recreation CEnter “Ada Ženeva” in Niška Banja
is the third-ranked investment and it represents one of the numerous investments in the south of Serbia, in Niška Banja, in which the representatives of local self-government and private investors prepare exceptional projects for the post-crisis period.
The fourth is the most significant investment in hotel business in Belgrade in 2008 - Hotel Zira, which was realized by Verano Group, while the fifth is Sports Hall in Inđija,
a very attractive architectural solution that is going to have its premiere at the Universiade!
The sixth, seventh and ninth places on the list belong to new hotels Townhouse 27 in Belgrade, Đerdap's fairytale Aquastar Danube in Kladovo, and fully reconstructed Hotel Sloboda in Šabac. Hidden beauty and large skiing potential of Besna Kobila mountain is the eigth on that list, and it represents the location with exceptional climate, good height and the vicinity of European traffic corridor.
Therefore, many construction works were carried out in 2008, so that the rest of the list represents something that Serbia should be proud of.
