"General-auto" announced broadening of automobile showroom in Novi Sad - new facilities for "Fiat" vehicles

Within the scope of the announced development of automobile showrooms on the territories of six municipalities in Vojvodina, company "General-auto" will broaden the service capacities for passenger vehicles of make "Fiat" on the territory of Novi Sad by the end of the year. That showroom will get additional 500 square meters.

"General-auto" has started construction of a new facility at 1,700 square meters within the existing business facility in that city. The newly built facility will include body workshop, tire repairing center, painting unit, car wash and computer control center. This was announced by the CEO of the company, Dragan Marinković, at yesterday's press conference in automobile showroom "Mazda" in Belgrade (the market in Dušanovac).

Marinković reminded that "General-auto" was going to open showrooms in Zrenjanin, Kikinda, Subotica, Vrbas and Sremska Mitrovica, and that the negotiations about purchase of land in municipality of Sombor were underway.

Speaking about future investments, the CEO of the branch office "Beograd", Marko Bradić, said that Belgrade would get another modern automobile showroom for "Mazda" vehicles on Orlovača cloverleaf interchange prior to year 2010, in which 2.2m EUR would be invested.

During the next three years, "General-auto" is going to use the investments to create more than 150 jobs, improve industrial development on the territory of Vojvodina and justify the trust of its clients.
