Serbian Association of Managers (SAM), International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (PKS) organize seminar "How to form and run efficient administrative board?" on Thursday, July 3rd, 2008, between 9 AM and 3.30 PM, in the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, 23 Terazije, Belgrade.
The Chief Manager of Croatian Association of Managers (HUM-CROMA) and member of the Executive Board of European Confederation of Managers (CEC), Esad Čolaković, regional manager of IFC program and corporate management in southeast Europe, Juan Carlos Fernandez Zara, and assistant professor at Law School of University in Belgrade, Dr Vuk Radović, will speak about forming and running of an efficient administrative board.
The aim of the seminar is presentation of principles of corporate management that are important for establishment and management of an efficient administrative board, with the discussion with participants about the examples of successful practice in this field and opportunities for improvement of existing regulatory frame.
Participants in the seminar will have a chance to learn some more about theoretical and practical knowledge in the domain of forming and behaving of the Administrative Board, recruiting processes and signing of the managerial contract with the members of Administrative Board, as well as about criteria that can be used in the negotiations about compensation for members of the Administrative Board.
