Filip Zepter will have a business-apartment complex with marina and sports swimming pool built alongside the Sava river, at the place where Shipyard "Beograd" is currently settled. This attractive location occupies more than 20 ha.

This building project is made possible to Filip Zepter thanks to the General land-utilization plan of Belgrade prior to year 2021, which anticipates transformation of industrial zone. Zepter has used that opportunity and started initiative for change in the plan in 2006.

On the basis of the consents given by the authorized city services, according to the words of Antonije Antić, the CEO of the Urbanistic Institute of Belgrade, designing of the plan for detailed regulation of the area between the new bridge across the Sava and Proleterske Solidarnosti Street started few months ago.

– Based on the preliminary solution, submitted by the land users, the apartment, business and commercial facilities should be built in that area alongside the river, as well as marina – Antić revealed.

This information has also been confirmed by Pavle Miljković, the CEO of the Shipyard. As he explained, a swimming pool that will be used for tourist purposes will be built next to the marina and business-apartment complex.
