In the headquarters of Alpha Bank Serbia, the representatives of Alpha Bank top management met the members of Serbian mountain climbing expedition – “Extreme Summit Team”, who were helped by the bank to successfully reach the highest peak on the planet - Mont Everest, in May 2007.
The members of “Extreme Summit Team”, led by Dragan Jaćimović- the leader of the expedition, and Dragan Rajblović – the first women from the Balkans and from southeast Europe who climbed on Mont Everest, spread the flag of Alpha Bank when they climbed on the Himalayas and position it on the very top of the world. The members of the team handed that same flag that fluttered on Mont Everest to the President of Executive Board of Alpha Bank, Panagiotis Vlasiadis.
At the reception organized in honor of our mountain climbers, congratulating personally to the members of "Extreme Summit Team", the President of Executive Board of Alpha Bank, Panagiotis Vlasiadis, announced:
- The vision, faith and determination that every sports or business aim can be reached are the characteristics of the people who are ready to try and fight for the highest achievements. Leaders and visionaries, such as Dragan Jaćimović and his fellow climbers, are inspiration to all those who are not afraid of challenges, the new and unknown. Such individuals - Alpha individuals, completely fit into the business policy of Alpha bank, which is the mission of attaining top goals based on the team works, as well as on the responsibility of each individual.
