At the tenth sales of Niksic "Radvent", Turkish company "Toscelik", an owner of "Zeljezara", submitted an offer.

- "Toscelik" offered a price stated in a tender, EUR 1,000,016. The offer is in accordance with the conditions and I will reach a decision in eight-day period – said Nenad Amidzic, a bankruptcy trustee in "Radvent ", for Montenegrin daily newspaper "Vijesti".

A property of 15.7 thousand square meters, an administrative building, workshops, a hall for regeneration of machine parts and a storage are offered on sale.

Bankrupcy in "Radent", a former plant of "Zeljezara" Niksic, commenced in July 2011, at the instance of employees and due to the debt of a million euros, and was declared in October the same year. In contrast to other former plants of "Zeljezara", "Radent" still operates.

- We are still functioning. The company works, has 24 employees and salaries are paid on time – said Amidzic.

During bankruptcy proceedings EUR 2.33 million claims were recognized, while a former owner, MNSS company, a boss of "Zeljezara", did not submit its claims. Except employees, who need to be paid EUR 990,000, the largest creditor is the government while others are mostly suppliers.

If a "Toscelik’s" offer was accepted, the costs of bankruptcy would be settled, as well as employees’ claims.
