No sale of Adriatic Shipyard to Denmark's Damen

The Tender Committee for Privatization has rejected the bid submitted by the Dutch company Damen Shipyard Group for the acquisition of 61.5749-percent stake in Jadransko brodogradiliste (Adriatic Shipyard) in Bijela near Herceg Novi. This bid, the only bid received, was declared incomplete.

- The Committee stated that the bid did not contain mandatory elements stipulated by tender terms and conditions, such as, among other things, the purchase price for the stake, banking guarantee for the bid, a statement that they accept obligations to implement a social program on the basis of collective agreement - the Tender Committee announced.
