Meridian banka and Credit Agricole negotiate on strategic partnership, Božidar Đelić at the head of Meridian banka ?

The representatives of Meridian banka a.d. and French bank Credit Agricole s.a. negotiate on strategic partnership in field of provision of financial services in Serbia.
The conditions for partnership will be set in May 2005. After it obtains necessary permits and licenses, Credit Agricole bank will become owner of 71% of the capital of Meridian banka.
Unofficially, former Minister of Finance Božidar Đelić should become president of Meridian banka.
