Bryan Beaton

Bryan Beaton has been appointed to the position of Head of Investment and Capital Markets Department at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Belgrade Office.

Moving to his new role Mr. Beaton will help the firm capitalize on the acquisition and disposal of real estate opportunities in the market.

Bryan Beaton, former Joint Head of Valuation, has been with Jones Lang LaSalle for almost 6 years. In addition to his Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Mr. Beaton took an MBA in Real Estate and Construction and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management at the University of Reading.

Mr. Beaton is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

- Belgrade is one of the last untouched markets in Europe that has good quality property assets still held by developers. There are some great opportunities in the market that will add risk/return diversity to an investor’s portfolio - Mr. Beaton stated.
