Austrians to invest 50m EUR in construction of new exclusive hotel in Budva

Austrian Investment Group "Sorovia" will have the exclusive hotel built in Budva. That hotel will later operate as part of the most famous hotel chains in the world - "Hilton".

Few days ago in Vienna, company "Sorovia" signed that arrangement with "Budvanska Rivijera", on the land of which the hotel will be built.

In addition to the construction of exclusive hotel, the arrangement, which was signed in Vienna by the manager of company "Budvanska Rivijera", Duško Laličević, implies joint investments in tourist settlement "Slovenska plaža" in Budva and its reconstruction to the level of at least four stars.

The project is worth about 50m EUR. At the beginning of June 2006, the managers of "Sorovia" and business banks, which should back that project, will come to Montenegro. Also, the managers of "Hilton" announced their visit.
