Owner of "Swisslion" invests €130m in construction of factory and trade center in Kragujevac, discount by city authorities - €7,000 per every new employee

Owner of "Swislion-Takovo" Concern, Rodoljub Drašković, has signed the contract with mayor of Kragujevac Veroljub Stevanović on rental of building land, on which factory of instant meals and trade center will be built.

Market value of the parcel of 10 hectares is €4.5m, but, on the basis of the decision made by city government, the discount of €7,000 per each new employee will be approved. Drašković will pay €100,000, plus expenses of organization of building land. Renter will pay all obligations in advance and, within next five years, employ 635 workers in the production units and trade center. Amount of about €130m will have to be invested in construction of instant meal factory and trade center. The construction will start in six months.

The new factory is going to product instant meals based on fruit, milk, wheat, vegetables and meat. (Pregled)
