"Betmen" to become partner of NIS, to invest €700m and have Romania-Pančevo oil line built?

Minister Velimir Ilić announced that he would talk with the representatives of Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS) on offer sent by Israeli company ``Betmen``, which, as strategic partner, was interested in investment of €700m in NIS, as well as in financing of construction of Romania - Pančevo oil line. He estimated that offer as good and favorable since that Israeli company did not wish to buy Refinery, but only to invest in it as strategic partner. That means that the State will remain its owner.
