Government of Serbia founded company "BB Cargo" for takeover of Port "Bar" - founding capital of 62,000 EUR

The Government of Serbia made the decision at the end of 2009 to form business organization "BB Cargo" Ltd. in Belgrade for provision of railway transportation services.

The headquarters of the organization is in Belgrade, 22-26 Nemanjina Street, and the founder is the Republic of Serbia.

Total subscribed and paid-in capital of "BB Cargo" amounts to 62,000 EUR and, by the decision of the organization's Assembly, basic capital can be increased or decreased, so that the decision is made that, in order for basic capital to be increased, the organization buys the stocks of stock company "Container Terminal and General Freights" in Bar and/or stock company "Montecargo" in Podgorica on the basis of the tender announced by the Government of Montenegro.

According to earlier announcements in the media, the Government of Serbia set aside about 500m RSD in order to participate in the tender, as the minority participant in the consortium with Serbian companies, for privatization of part of Bar's port in Montenegro.
