Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic announced on Saturday, May 6, that one of the most powerful and important German companies would build its R&D center in Novi Sad, where 500 engineers from Serbia would be employed immediately.

– I received an important piece of news yesterday and I notified the president of the provincial government, Igor Mirovic, president of the Assembly of Vojvodina, Istvan Pastor, and mayor of Novi Sad, Milos Vucevic, of it – Vucic said in Backi Jarak, where he attended the consecration of the monument to the Danube Swabians together with Ambassador of Germany Axel Dittmann.

The prime minister pointed out that the employees at the Novi Sad research center would have very high salaries.

Noting that Serbia would progress thanks to the relations and cooperation with Germany, the prime minister added that he was grateful that Germany saw Serbia differently at the present moment and that he was proud that vice versa was also true.
