Steps towards increasing agricultural export from Serbia to Russia agreed

Minister of Agriculture Branislav Nedimovic and Russian Ambassador Aleksandar Chepurin reached an agreement on the formation of a special team for monitoring the agricultural trade between the two countries and taking all measures towards an accelerated enhancement of economic relations.

As stated in the report by the ministry, Nedimovic talked to Chepurin about enhancing the cooperation to the end of a further increase in the export of beef and pork, finished and processed meat products, but also other agricultural products, from Serbia to the Russian Federation.


The readiness of the Russian Federation towards taking extra steps in order to enable Serbian meat producers to export new products to the Russian market in the coming period was also expressed at the meeting.
