Second phase of reconstruction of Terminal 1 at Nikola Tesla Airport to begin

As part of the infrastructural works at the Nikola Tesla Airport, the second phase of the reconstruction of Terminal 1 is beginning by putting windshield doors into operation, thereby enabling access to this part of the building from the direction of the traffic route.

Passengers will thereby be able to access registration counters at Terminal 1 and the border crossing on the floor of this terminal, the Nikola Tesla Airport reported.

The works in this phase of the reconstruction should take 20 days. In that period, passengers will be able to use all entrances to the terminal building except for the interior link between Terminals 1 and 2 through the connecting section.

Passenger and luggage check-in counters, as well as passport control in both terminals of the Nikola Tesla Airport will function as usual throughout this period.

During the works, passenger routes withing the airport will be marked by adequate temporary signposts.
