Of the total number of requests, 59,946, or 95%, have already been finalized. The platform is currently carrying out 27 procedures related to electronic building permit issuance, and the requests are processed by 7,200 authorized persons in 1,200 institutions in charge of issuing various types of approvals and permits in the field of construction, APR says.
– Considering that as many as 69% (41,518) of requests were resolved favorably, the conclusion is that the electronic building permit issuance system is fully operational, both from the angle of state authorities and institutions, which managed to switch from working with papers to working in a rounded information system without much problem, and the clients, which successfully overcame all technical challenges over the course of a year and switched to electronic carrying out of procedures and filing documents in electronic form exclusively – the report says.
The central register of unified procedures of issuing electronic building permits is managed by APR through its information system and in coordination with the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure.
