Largest retail chain from Republika Srpska arrives to Novi Sad – Kort Marketi announcing opening of stores throughout Serbia and employment of 200 workers
Dusko Reljic, owner of Fructa Trade from Derventa, within which Kort Marketi operates, says that this won’t be the only market in Serbia.
– Since we already have 30 sales outlets throughout Republika Srpska, from Prijedor and Banjaluka, through Samac and Bijeljina, we have decided to expand our retail network to the market of Serbia. We plan to open several more markets in Novi Sad and employ at least 200 workers by the end of next year – he says.
Fructa Trade, as Reljic explained, doesn’t only trade, but produces as well. It has four food brands of its own, and it employs more than 1,000 workers.
– We have long since become very well known in Republika Srpska and B&H. We are trying to penetrate new markets. Serbia was a logical choice, and, following Novi Sad we plan to open new stores throughout the country. We will try to always be a step ahead of the others regarding the range of products, the prices and the market layout – Reljic expressed his satisfaction.
