Gorenje investing EUR 12 million in expanding production in Valjevo – Jobs for additional 300 workers
The company will invest EUR 12 million in expanding production capacities in the city in the next few years, for which purpose they have bought the premises of the company Novi Elind.
Gorenje has two factories in Valjevo, where 800,000 cooling devices are produced annually. They employ almost 1,500 workers, and they cooperate with around 60 local suppliers.
The first factory started operating in 2006, and the second one in 2013.
These factories, along with Gorenje's factories in Stara Pazova and Zajecar, are among the biggest exporters from Serbia.
