Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic agreed on Tuesday, September 27, with the ambassador of Hungary to Belgrade, Attila Pinter, that an agreement on authorizing the sail on the Tisa for all ships and opening the Port of Senta should be signed at the first joint session of the two governments.

As the report by the ministries says, the current, 70-year old, agreement authorizes only Hungarian and Serbian boats to sail on the Tisa.

Another topic of the conversation were infrastructural projects, primarily the project of modernizing and reconstructing the Belgrade-Budapest railway, the progress of which had been estimated to be in line with the schedule, the report says.
