On Friday, July 29, Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic took a tour of the construction site on the Topola-Rudnik route (Bucin Grob), a section long 27 km, the reconstruction of which is expected to be completed in mid-October.

Landslide mitigation works are also being carried out on that section, near Satornja, and the cost is RSD 1.2 billion.

The reconstruction of the section is a part of the project of rehabilitation of 1,100 kilometers of roads in Serbia and currently employs 275 workers.

Agreements on additional 11 sections of a total length of around 170 kilometers are also planned for 2016, the rehabilitation of which should take place in 2017 and 2018, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry.
