Agrana wishes to take over Kostic's Sunoko – Letter of intent signed with Agri Europe Cyprus
A letter of intent was signed with the owner of Sunoko, the company Agri Europe Cyprus”, to the end of reaching the agreement on the takeover of the majority share, clarifies the announcement by Agrana.
Sunoko, as Agrana points out, is the largest sugar beet processing company in the Balkans.
Following the approval by the Managing Board of Agrana, the permit by the competent state institutions is needed to sign the agreement on the takeover, the announcement adds.
Agrana is present, in addition to Austria, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary. The company has been announcing the entrance to the Serbian market for a long time, as the market is very interesting for Agrana, according to the management.
