Sunoko submits request for takeover of sugar plant in Senta - Green light awaited from Commission for Protection of Competition

Sunoko has submitted a request for the takeover of sugar plant in Senta and is asked to supplement the documentation, Miloje Obradovic, the president of the Commission for the Protection of Competition, said today.

- The request has arrived. Our expert service is processing this case and has asked Sunoko to supplement the documentation. That is all I can say at the moment - he said at the celebration of the Day of Competition.
According to the media, Sunoko, which operates as part of Miodrag Kostic's MK Group, has acquired the sugar plant in Senta from Italy's Star.
