Air Serbia to hire 100 new cabin crew members
The open days will take place in Novi Sad on Saturday 28 November and Belgrade on Sunday 6 December and will offer interested candidates an opportunity to deliver their CVs, meet Air Serbia’s top recruiters, and ask questions about the high-flying role.
According to Air Serbia's cabin crew requirements, all candidates are to possess minimum high school diploma, be fluent in spoken and written English, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent personal presentation, style and image, positive attitude with a natural ability to provide excellent service, and show flexibility and the motivation to manage a demanding work schedule.
- Delivering our uniquely Serbian hospitality at 11,000 metres is an exciting and challenging responsibility that is perfectly suited for Serbians with experience in the hospitality sector - said Dane Kondic, Air Serbia's Chief Executive Officer.
According to him, the role offers men and women an opportunity to see the world, attend state-of-the-art training courses in Abu Dhabi and develop a fantastic career in aviation, while still being close to home in Serbia.
- We are aiming to employ more than 100 additional cabin crew, which will make a significant contribution to the local job market, and expect a very strong turnout on our open days - Kondic stressed.
