Land in industrial zones of Zrenjanin acquired by 13 investors since summer
Companies Agrounija and MV Invest bought an undeveloped building land today in the industrial zone in Zrenjanin.
Zrenjanin Mayor Cedomir Janjic said that the city administration had signed 13 agreements with new investors since the start of summer, which should result in the creation of new jobs.
He noted that almost all land lots in the industrial zone Bagljas, which is situated at the exit from Zrenjanin to Novi Sad, were occupied, stressing that Jugoistok Industrial Zone on the other side of the city, by the road to Belgrade, had enough room for the arrival of new investors.
Agrounija, which will be building production facilities in Jugoistok Industrial Zone, was established in 2003 and it produces and distributes micro-watering systems and foils for greenhouses.
MV Invest, which is going to invest in the industrial zone Bagljas, is engaged in the construction of residential and industrial facilites and setting of underground installations.
