MALI: Since the beginning of 2015, construction permits for 300.000 m2 in Belgrade issues

The mayor of Belgrade, Sinisa Mali, said that since the beginning of the year and since the Law on planning and construction became effective, city of Belgrade issued 382 construction permits but that, as he outlined, the figure is not that important as trend to issue construction permits for increased number of square meters.

- Since the beginning of the year, we issued construction permits for 300.000 m2 in Belgrade and by the end of 2015, based on location permits required by investors, we will issue permits for 100.000 m2 more - Mali said when touring works on the construction of the Rajiceva shopping center in the city center. .

He reminded that in late September, a cornerstone will be placed for Belgrade for Belgrade on water and added that they have been negotiating with investors for the old building of federal SUP in Kneza Milosa street.
