According to the draft of the Comprehensive Zoning Plan that covers an area of 32 hectares, two business towers will be built near Cvetkova market, one on each side of the boulevard. Vuk Djurovic from the Belgrade Urban Development Planning Center (CEP) says to eKapija that there are currently 180,000 square meters in this area, adding that the Comprehensive Zoning Plan calls for the expansion of this space to 540,000 square meters.
The space covered by the Plan stretches between three city neighborhoods - Zvezdara, Lion and Dusanovac, and includes 20 blocks located on both sides of Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard.
