Zrenjanin is getting golf center on 15 ha

Decision on starting the procedure of obtaining real estate in public property of the city of Zrenjanin for the construction of the golf center was explained as mutual interest in the sports field and upon this topic, Nikola Halas, the deputy head of the Department for tourism and the mayor of Zrenjanin, Ceodmir Janjic addressed.

According to Halas, the lot is in urban zone planned for green areas, so construction of a golf center is possible. He explained the funds for the investment are poured by the Golf association so the City of Zrenjanin provides land which further stays in the city ownership, including facilities on it.

The mayor of Zrenjanin, Cedomir Janjic, said at the assembly that there is no consideration whether 16 ha it is given to someone or sold cheaply.
