Prevent acquires Srebrenica-based Cimos

Prevent acquired Srebrenica-based Cimos, media in Bosnia and Herzegovina report . As they report, in late 2014, Prevent bought Cimos because the management of Cimos from Kopar was planning to close its three sections in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Srebrenica, Sarajevo and Zenica.
It was also confirmed that the acquisition of Cimos will not result in downsizing.
