EU provides EUR 115 m to Serbia
EU will provide EUR 115 m to Serbia for reforms, it was published at the website of the EU Delegation in Serbia, after EC announced the final package of pre-accession support program.
Package from EU for 2014, totaling two billion euros, focuses on support to
reforms in countries aiming at integration with EU.
- Serbia can expect signing of financial agreement and start of the program implementation
in the second quarter 2015. Out of EUR 115 m set aside for Serbia , two million
euros will be singled out for the support to civil society within IPA 2014 action program for a number of
countries – it was stated at the Delegation’s website.
A part of the program totaling EUR 65, 59 m will be under direct management. EUD
in cooperation with international financial institutions and other
international organizations will manage EUR 49,5 m.
