IKEA planning to raise shopping center next to new department store in Belgrade – Kauffmann, Bauhaus and Turkish investors interested in Bubanj Potok?

Mayor of Belgrade Sinisa Mali stated that IKEA would raise a shopping center next to the department store in Bubanj Potok, as well as that Turkish investors were interested in building an aquapark nearby, Blic writes in yesterday’s issue.

Also, as the newspaper reports, Kauffmann and Bauhaus are interested in having facilities in Bubanj Potok.

Mali pointed out that potential investors had been showing great interest in that part of the city since the laying down of the foundation stone for the IKEA department store.

– There has been talk about the construction of retail parks as well, and we have also talked to investors from Turkey interested in raising an aquapark – Mali reveals, as reported by Blic.
