Businessman from Vienna to buy Mobtel Srbija independently and to sell it to Telekom Austria ?
Austrian mobile telephony operator Mobilkom intends to use new strategy in the planned take-over of Serbian Mobtel Srbija, claims Vienna's economic daily newspaper Virtschaftsblat. According to this newspaper, the businessman from Vienna, Martin Šlaf, should, in spite of unclear ownership structure, take over Mobtel and then sell it to Telekom Austria, i.e. to its sister-company Mobilkom.
