Tigar delivers 2,400 pairs of protective boots to firemen in Hong Kong in six months of 2017

Tigar has delivered 2,400 pairs of protective boots for the fire brigade of Hong Kong in the past six months, and the value of the delivery amounts to EUR 95,328.

Vladimir Ilic, General Manager, says that they contracted the job in 2009.

– These are the most technically demanding products, which need to meet strict criteria regarding functionality, in addition to meeting the terms of the competition in the procurement process in that country – Ilic says.

– Thanks to the quality of the footwear, firemen can walk through open flames while putting out the fire. Hong Kong's annual demand ranges between 1,500 and 3,000 pairs, and the value per tender is EUR 60,000 to EUR 145,000.
