Two new designer brands to arrive to Stop Shop Lazarevac retail park
As IMMOFINANZ announced, the opening will also mark the entry of new brands to the Serbian market. For the first time within a retail park in Serbia, two brands of the Polish fashion group LPP will be made available.
– We are very proud of the fact that the LPP Group, with its popular clothing brands Reserved and Sinsai, has decided to expand its network in Serbia in the Stop Shop Lazarevac retail park. With 23 local and international brands, the retail park will provide a unique shopping experience to all residents of the Lazarevac area – stated Josko Pitesa, Operations Manager for Serbia at IMMOFINANZ.
In addition to the two brands of the LPP Group, the Stop Shop retail park will feature renowned brands such as N-sport, Djak Sport, Sport Vision, LC Waikiki, CCC, DM Drogerie, Roda Supermarket and Top Shop, as well as certain brands which are only just entering the Serbian market.
The park will feature around 10,100 square meters for sales outlets and nearly 220 parking spaces. Following Cacak, Nis and Valjevo, Lazarevac is the fourth Stop Shop location to open in Serbia. The projects of retail parks in Vrsac, Pozarevac and Sremska Mitrovica are currently being prepared and are expected to be completed in 2018.
